Banbury Kneader

1. This banbury kneader machine is the first one in China. It is based on the standard-version dispersion mixer and designed and developed for the mixing process of high percentage or low percentage expanded plastics.

2. With the closed-loop temperature control system, it can adjust the mixing temperature to the process requirement.

3. It has the temperature sequence control or time sequence control function.

4. The front rotor can be regulated to rotate at a speed of 40 r/min or higher.

5. For the heating mode, the electric platen heater or the electric oil heater is provided at the customer’s option.

6. For the stock feeding mode, stock feeding in the rear or in the front is provided at the customer’s option.
